Meet your therapist

Violin Narooz-GadMA, LPC, CCC, BCCC

Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Sike & Spirit Counseling, offering personalized virtual therapy for adults throughout Texas.

My path to counseling began with a fascination for how people think, feel, and make meaning of their experiences. After studying music performance and teaching in my own studio for six years, I returned to my deeper calling: walking alongside people through difficulty. I earned my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2016 and have since dedicated my career to helping adults find healing and clarity.

I believe therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. I tailor our work to your unique story, goals, values, and pace — with compassion, respect, and a steady presence. Pain deserves reverence, and I approach each session with the intention of "taking my shoes off" before entering another person's story.

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, addictions, anger, life transitions, and crisis experiences. My background includes private practice, Intensive Outpatient Programs, Partial Hospitalization Programs, and work with refugees and survivors of torture and trauma.

I also support adults with ADHD who want practical tools to feel less overwhelmed, manage daily demands, and build a life that works better for their brain.

Whether you're seeking healing from the past, support through a transition, or space for personal growth, my hope is to provide a place where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move toward a more connected and authentic sense of self.
