The meaning behind the name
"Sike" (pronounced psych) is inspired by the word psyche — the mind and the field of psychology. "Spirit" reflects my belief that emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being can be deeply connected.
Faith or spirituality can be part of the work if you'd like it to be — never an expectation. Clients of every background are welcomed with the same care.
